Realisation 2022-2023
A flagship sustainability project in Europe, born from a vision of minimal waste, low energy costs and material recycling. From start to finish, everything was designed with a positive environmental impact. Using international know-how, there is the recycling of waste water, the production of its own raw materials in hydroponic grow rooms and the life of a new permaculture in the otherwise sterile Desfour garden.
As part of the project, we installed new connection points and cable infrastructure with overhead connectivity. We equipped the spaces with a user-friendly smart system. Lighting intensity, internal temperature, shading, AV equipment or bookings can be managed via an app.
We have secured the building with an EZS, access control and CCTV system.
We also installed a central system in the building that receives all information about the status of the technology. The central system is set to automatic mode and there is no need for user intervention in individual rooms.
