In 2022, we modernised conference rooms Hermes and Hercule.

Hermes

We added an 86″ Phillips professional display and the Rally Plus system to conference room Hermes. For improved presentations, we installed AV technology in the form of professional displays with cameras and speakers that can be controlled via an intuitive interface on a touch screen tablet.

Hermes is also fully equipped with communication equipment for remote communication and a miniserver for remote access.

Conference rooms can be booked in LCD touch panels linked to the internal planning system, significantly facilitating the organization of meetings and a separate schedule for each conference room.

For better usability, we installed connection points for power supply and AV signal distribution, which are hidden away but also immediately available to you or your business partners.

Hercule 

Hermes was followed by the similar but bigger conference room Hercule, which was completed in 2023.

Hercule runs on the same systems as Hermes. The unique aspect of this conference room was the request for a professional display weighing 100 kg and a custom suspension system in plasterboard, which was a big challenge even for our technicians. Everything was custom-made by hand to make sure the system covers all the cabling and not a single „box“ is visible except for the TV.
